InviteMe is a digital invitation and RSVP platform. We help event organizers create beautiful invitations and collect responses from their guests. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your full name.

Event data

Event details you enter (title, date, location, custom message, images) are stored so your invitation page can be displayed to guests.

RSVP data

When a guest submits an RSVP we collect their name, partner name (if provided), attendance status, number of guests, and any special requests they choose to share. This data is visible only to the event organizer.

Payment data

Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials. We only receive a confirmation that a payment was successful.

3. Cookies

We use essential session cookies only. These cookies keep you logged in while you use the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. No data about your browsing behaviour is sold or shared with third parties.

4. How We Store Your Data

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Access is restricted so each user can only access their own events and RSVPs.

5. How We Use Your Data

  • To display your invitation page to guests
  • To collect and show you RSVP responses
  • To authenticate your account and keep your session secure
  • To process your one-time payment

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

Your account and event data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated events and RSVP data are permanently deleted within 30 days. You can delete individual events at any time from your dashboard.
