1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InviteMe you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What InviteMe Provides

InviteMe is a web-based platform that lets you create digital event invitations, share them via a unique link, and collect RSVP responses from guests. The service includes a live preview editor, customisable themes, image upload, and an RSVP management dashboard.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the platform on behalf of another person without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InviteMe to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect personal data from guests beyond what is necessary for your event
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls on the platform
• Resell or sub-license access to InviteMe to third parties

5. Payment & Access

InviteMe operates on a one-time payment model. A single payment of $9.99 grants you lifetime access to create unlimited events. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Once a payment is confirmed it is non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Free-tier accounts may create a limited number of events. Limits are clearly displayed in the dashboard and may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, event details, messages). By using InviteMe you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not use your content for marketing or share it with third parties.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep InviteMe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend the service without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the user has violated these Terms, abused the platform, or posed a risk to other users or the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InviteMe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, missed event RSVPs, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of InviteMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
